1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using CreatePipe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

CreatePipe is a browser extension that captures content from the web and pushes structured records to third-party CRM, ticketing, and task management systems. We are not affiliated with those third parties.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Capture data you don't have the right to capture
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or violate others' rights

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime; refunds are pro-rated for unused time on annual plans (Team and above).

6. Intellectual property

CreatePipe and its content (excluding your captures) are owned by us. You retain all rights to records you capture and push through the Service.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Jira, etc.), you also agree to that service's terms. We're not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect functionality.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account anytime from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of captures, or compatibility with every site or third-party service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatePipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
